Committee Charges:

• Plan and organize the Annual Institute, including arranging for speakers, presentations as well as meeting facilities.
• Reviewing the previous Institute evaluations, make suggestions for future programs, and review the income and expenses to insure WSLS is getting value and report results to the WSLS Board.
• Publish Web site updates to inform the membership of the vast amount of effort needed to produce this outstanding event.
• Work with the membership committee to explore and make a recommendation to the Board on the feasibility of one process to renew membership and register for the Institute.
• Assist membership committee in making a recommendation on a suggestion to provide reduced Institute fees available to WSLS Life Members.
