Committee Charges:

• This committee is composed of the current President and the two immediate Past-Presidents
• Ensure there is at least one qualified candidate running for each position
• Hold the elections at the annual meeting
• Review and advise on the idea to allow electronic and absentee voting as suggested at the annual meeting
