Committee Charges:

Meet with Plat Review for discussing, reviewing and evaluating Chapter 236 of the Wisconsin Statutes, or other related Administrative Codes or local ordinances
Work with Plat Review and the WSLS Legislative Committee to introduce legislation that may be of benefit to the public and the surveying profession
Coordinate with the Legislative Committee to incorporate Chapter 236 revisions into the redefinition bill.

Plat review committee has not officially met. Renee has responded to numerous emails regarding the survey MOD draft language, including comments and suggestions related to the Ch. 236 changes. These can be found in her 8/8/11 email. Not sure how we can be of further assistance. Please advise.

Plat Review has not met, we are waiting for a draft of the LRB Draft to review and react to.

Nothing new to report from this committee. we plan on meeting after we receive the LRB draft for the Surveyor's bill. As of 3-15, neither Renee or myself have a copy of the the Committee members or verification of the Committee 2011 Charges. Please forward to the committee when appropriate.
