Job Description

Responsible for preparing and drafting boundary, topographic, construction layout, hydrographic, easement and geodetic type land surveying.  Full-time position available in any of the following offices:

• Iron Mountain, Michigan
• Ironwood, Michigan
• Green Bay, Wisconsin

The ideal candidate must possess excellent follow-through skills, be attentive to detail, work well with others, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers. Applicants must be able to read and interpret field notes and sketches, as well as have the ability and knowledge to read and interpret maps/plan sets. 

Background:

• Have a two or four-year degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering Technician, or have 3 or more years previous survey experience.
• Have a desire to obtain a Professional Land Surveyor License.
• Having Surveying field experience is encouraged, but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter.
• Civil3D/AutoCAD experience is required. 
• Must demonstrate clear commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
